Cancellation Policy

GoldenPearls allows you to take decision of cancelling an order, should you wish to do so. However, we sincerely urge and request you abide by the following cancellation terms:

You can raise a cancel request for item(s) or order(s) that haven’t dispatched. Normally, it takes 12 hours approximately to dispatch an order.

In case, you have cancelled an order before it is dispatched – you will be issued refund within 5-7 days of cancellation of order.

Order once shipped CANNOT be cancelled, but if a delivered product is wrong, faulty or damaged, you can raise a Return request as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.

Write us on return@goldenpearls.in or

Create a ‘Cancel request’ under the ‘My Orders’ section on the Platform and follow the instructions provided on the Platform. Once a Cancel request is raised, GoldenPearls shall analyze the request and accordingly process the request internally and refund your amount within 5-7 days of cancellation of order.
